Brushy, shaded understory of mature Pseudotsuga menziesii forest, with some Arbutus menziesii; understory of Gaultheria shallon, Vaccinium parviflorum, Berberis nervosa, Ilex aquifolium, Hedera helix, and other native and introduced shrubs. Petals white, spreading but edges cupped inwards; leaves evergreen; common naturalized shrubs scattered throughout park. Collected from the same shrub as Legler 13412 (in fruit). Photographed.
