Phlox idahonis Wherry

Idaho: Clearwater County: [locality and coordinates withheld; status in Idaho: S1 (Critically Imperiled; IDNHP)],
In drier parts of meadow. On roadbank. In flat meadow. Moist meadow, but plants growing on raised parks of meadow, not in low, very moist areas. Soil: alluvial, loam, deep. Vegetation: now a meadow, but at one time an Abies grandis/Pinus monticola forest, probably rather open forest. With Penstemon rydbergii, Rhamnus alnifolia. Thuja plicata/Phachistima myrsinites h.t. (?). A few plants were blooming but most should be in bloom in new two weeks. Notes: I searched in meadows on Reefs Creek - Eureka Meadows but found no Phlox idahonis there. Phenology: Flowers.
