Community Type: Artemisia frigida/ Phlox muscoides. Occasional bunchgrass on dry, gravelly soil with Cymopterus nivalis and Potentilla ovina. Plts dwarfed; glumes ave. 3.5 mm, lemmas scabrous and ca 4 mm long, not cobwebby at base. Phenology: Fertile.
