Moist to wet cobble-fines, seepage slopes with open herbaceous vegetation. Slopes very shallow to almost level. . Leaf material from this specimen was taken for molecular study. Herbarium of Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden Systematics Study of the Claytonia lanceolata complex. Previously identified as Claytonia arctica (field identification) . Previously identified by C.L.
