Washington: Snohomish County: Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. North Fork Skykomish River trail #1051. From Highway 2, take the Index-galena road Forest Service road 63 to road 6300. Then to new trail head. Walked old road 6300 now a trail to trail #1051. Trail side, punchen area.

Substrate: bark of large Abies amabilis. Apothecia 1.2 millimeters, stalk was branched, spores 3 septate 25 x 9, 20 x 11, 29 x 12. [Filed with: Calicium viride L4930]. See EB # L4931 same tree. See EB # L4930 and L4930B (same collection). Did not do spores. Substrate: corticolous.
