A small county park with the Skookumchuck River running through it. The dominant trees are ALRU and ACMA with some THPL. Trees are about 50-70 years. Some may be a bit older or younger. Shrubs are primarily snowberry and ACCI. Not many forbs, mostly stinging nettle, fringecup and licorice fern. This area looks like a flood plain for river. A lot of downed wood - everything including live trees is very mossy. A railroad track runs to the east of the plot and various trails run through the plot. Crysothrix was seen on various trees. Alltogether, lichen community was sparse with mostly Usnea, Evepru, Ramfar and Parsul present. Slope 7%. Aspect 164°. Abundance code: 2. Substrate: ACMA bole.
