On old blaze mark Hemlock tree lake side and trail side, Habitat: coniferous forest with Hemlock, Alder, Salmonberry and Deer-fern. Substrate: bare wood old blaze mark Hemlock tree, Apothecia 0.9 millimeter, 1.1 millimeter, stalk and head dark brown, spores pointed to round on end, spores ellipsoid 5 to 8, asci 33 to 35, with algae trebouxioid.
