Plot is mid-seral P. menziesii and C. decurrens of two sizes: young <11 inches and mature >21 inches. The understory is fairly open but there are also quite a few T. brevifolia. There are occasional Pinus ponderosa of >21 inches in size. It appears that a few P. monticola of significant size are recently deceased. There is one A. concolor. There are a few shrubs and sparse forbes as well. Only a few M. nervosa and one Arbutus menziesii and spotty Rosa spp. The lichen community has much Alectoria sarmentosa, Platismatia glauca and lots of Lobaria pulmonaria on the T. brevifolia with significant Pseudocyphellaria anthrapsis as well. Did find Ahtiana pallidula. Slope 44%. Aspect 181°.
