Washington: Snohomish County: Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, Old Campground area, from highway 2 take the Index-galena road to Forest Service road 6300, take 6300 to 0.1 mile past Goblin Creek to Forest Service road 750, take road 750 to old Campground area, where trail from first camping spot hits the North Fork Skykomish River trail.

Coniferous Forest. On bare wood old scar base of large Hemlock tree. Substrate: Bare wood old scar Hemlock tree. Stalk 1.2 millimeters, has yellow prunia, spores 3 to 4, algea stichococcus. See EB# L4048 same collection. Filed with Chaenotheca gracillima L4048. Substrate: lignicolous.
