Coniferous forest, with Hemlock, Huckleberry and Bunchberry. On bark of Hemlock tree. Substrate: Bark Hemlock tree. Apothecia 0.55 millimeters, stalk dark brown, head brown, spores ellipsoid 1 septate 6 to 8, asci 38, with algae trentepohlia. K-negative. Stalk did not swell. Substrate: corticolous.
