High, cliffy, rocky, basalt peak and N-S running ridge system dominated by bunchgrass community. S and W aspects dominated by Festuca idahohensis, Artemisia tridentata, and Eriogonum. E aspect dominated by Festuca idahoensis and Lomatium grayi. N aspect dominated by Abies lasipcarpa, Pinus albicaulis, Polemonium pulcherrimum.
